Features
Everything your school runs on, in one platform
Twelve modules share one roster, one calendar and one sign-in — with the checks a careful school office would make built into every one of them.
- Hassle-free onboarding
- Works on any phone
- Data stays in India

Modules
Twelve modules. One school.
Every module shares one roster, one calendar and one permission model, so nothing has to be typed twice.
Attendance
Section, subject or period-wise. One tap per pupil, absence alerts to guardians the same morning.
Timetable
Bell schedules, periods, rooms and substitutions — with clash detection before a timetable is published.
Homework
Set once, targeted at a section or a group. Submissions, grading and a trail parents can see.
Exams & results
Grading schemes, mark entry, verification, adjustments and report cards you can publish or revoke.
Fees & online payments
Structures, installments, concessions, invoices, UPI and cards, receipts and refunds — in paise, never floats.
Communication
Notices and conversations over WhatsApp, push and SMS, with delivery you can audit line by line.
Library
Titles, copies, loans and returns, plus a digital shelf pupils can read from the app.
Transport
Vehicles, routes, stops and the pupils on each — so the office knows who is on which bus.
Meals
Weekly menus published to families, with allergen notes and the day's mid-day meal.
Wellness
Counselling requests handled by the counsellor alone, plus a resource shelf for pupils and parents.
Reports
Attendance, collection, defaulters and result analysis — exportable, and never a fresh spreadsheet.
Parent app
The same platform on a phone: today's attendance, homework, fees and notices for every child.
The difference
One login for every role
In every other school system, a teacher who is also a parent needs two accounts, and a parent with children in two schools needs two more. REO360 gives a person one identity — their mobile number — and as many contexts as they have relationships with schools.
A person is a phone number
One verified mobile number is one human, across every school on REO360. No duplicate accounts, no two passwords to forget.
A context is a school and a role
Teacher at Greenfield. Parent of Aarav at Greenfield. Parent of Zoya at St. Mary's. Three contexts, one sign-in, switched from the top bar.
Permissions never merge
A teacher who is also a parent sees their own child exactly as any other parent does — never through their staff permissions. Each context is authorised on its own.
New links need confirming
When a school adds you, the context arrives as “Is this you?”. Nothing opens until you say yes, and “not me” suspends the link and tells the school.
Safeguards
Rules the platform enforces for you
The checks a careful school office would make, built into the platform itself instead of left to a policy document.
Nobody approves their own request
Concessions, fee adjustments and mark corrections all go through maker-checker. The person who raised a request can never be the person who approves it.
Staff cannot act on their own child
An accountant cannot waive their own child's fee; a teacher cannot enter their own child's marks. The platform blocks it rather than trusting a policy document.
Money is integer paise
Every amount is stored as an integer in paise with the currency beside it. Invoices, allocations and the ledger have to agree before a payment is accepted.
Financial records are append-only
Receipts and ledger entries are never edited or deleted. A correction is a new, linked entry, so an audit can always reconstruct the day.
Every action is attributable
Who marked the attendance, who verified the marks, who published the result, who downloaded the report card — recorded, and visible to the school.
One school cannot see another
Each school's records live in their own database with row-level security on top. Isolation is tested per table, not assumed.
