Terms of use
The agreement between REO360 and a school using the platform.

1. The service
REO360 provides school management software as a hosted service. A school's subscription covers the modules in its plan for the pupils enrolled in the academic year.
2. Accounts and access
Access is personal. A login must not be shared, and a school must remove access when a member of staff leaves. Administrative and finance contexts require a second factor.
3. Acceptable use
The platform may not be used to store data unrelated to running the school, to send communication a family has opted out of, or to attempt access to another school's records.
4. Fees, taxes and payment terms
