Delete your REO360 account

• Sign in to the REO360 app.
• Open My profile, tap Step-up PIN, then tap Delete account.
• Read what will happen, type DELETE ME to confirm, and tap Delete my account.

If you cannot use the app, email hello@reo360.in with the subject "Delete my account", or call +91 80828 43033, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. Tell us your name, your registered mobile number and your school.

To protect you, we will confirm the request with you on your registered mobile number before we act on it. A parent or lawful guardian can ask on behalf of a child.

• You are signed out of REO360 on all your devices.
• Your school's admin is told about your request.
• Your account is permanently deleted within 30 days. It cannot be recovered after that, and your school would need to add you again.

The request covers every school and role linked to your mobile number.

• Your REO360 login, name on the account, linked mobile number and email address, and PIN.
• Your links to your devices, including push notification tokens.
• Your in-app notifications and notification preferences.

• School records: attendance, marks, fee receipts, messages and other records belong to your school and stay with it as its records require. Your school can no longer link them to a login. To ask about these records, please contact your school.
• Backups: deleted details disappear from backups as they expire, in about 30 days.
• Security records: a record that the account was deleted, and related security and activity logs, are kept to protect the service and meet legal obligations.

Signing in within the 30 days withdraws your request automatically, and your account continues as it was.
